Mail Prep Specialist (Part Time Position) This position is responsible for assisting in the growth and profitability of the mailing department. This is accomplished through effective operation techniques, efficient management of time and resources, as well as developing new revenue streams. The role of the mail prep specialist is to add value to the overall customer experience, in addition to establishing and improving overall production techniques and standards. Forklift Driver (SUNDAY - THURSDAY 10PM -6AM)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Company will certify. Responsible for loading and unloading trucks and moving product throughout the plant. Looking for driver that is detail orientated and has computer skills as must be able to comprehend skid tag details. Stand-up forklift experience is helpful; but, not required. Cutter/Folder Operator Shift: 8am - 4pm & 12am - 8am Folder Operator: Sets up and operates folder machine to automatically fold, slit, and score printed sheets into signatures for binding. Cutter Operator : Sets and operates cutter machine to automatically cut printed sheets of paper to job specifications. Both machines require reading work order to determine setup specifications. Adjusts machine during production run as required. Must be able to troubleshoot machinery and make adjustments while ensuring quality and minimizing wasted product. Performs preventative maintenance. Maintains neat; clean orderly work area. Operates or assists on other bindery equipment if needed and when workload permits. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions and decimals. Computer skills helpful. Able to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions. **This position requires standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds Stitcher Operator - (Finishing Department) Shift: 12am - 8am
Requirements: Responsible for mechanical and computerized set-up of the stitcher machines. Must be able to lead / manage a crew of 2-5 members and follow directions from written and verbal instructions. Must be able to troubleshoot machinery and make adjustments while ensuring quality and minimizing wasted product. Performs preventative maintenance. Maintains neat; clean orderly work area. Operates or assists on other bindery equipment if needed and when workload permits. Mechanical aptitude required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions and decimals. **This position requires standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds Full Time General Production - (Finishing Department) Shifts : 4pm – 12am & 12am - 8am
Requirements: Feed the stitcher pockets with the correct piece(s) and ensure the operation runs efficiently. Stack the finished product on pallets or skids and properly label the skid with tags. Sort pieces by zip codes and check the quality of the stitched and addressed product or book. Maintains neat; clean orderly work area. All other general duties as assigned. Mechanical aptitude helpful. **This position requires standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Temporary General Production Shifts : All

The applicant must have excellent customer service and sales skills, strong communication skills, multi-tasking ability, marketing/creative flair, self-motivated/team player, strong attention to detail, and professional. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers.
Mailer Operator Shift: 12am – 8am
Requirements: This position functions as the Mailer/Sitma Operator. Responsible for the safety and well being of their crew while managing the daily work schedule, quality control, minor troubleshooting of machines, training and crew development. In addition to establishing and improving production standards, the role includes working with others in the company to provide the highest level of customer service. Full Time General Production - (Web Press Department)
Requirements: Will stack printed pieces evenly and in a timely fashion on a pallet or skid while checking for quality and assisting the crew where needed. Will move pallets or skids to and from the work area. Will assist in changing paper rolls, washing press blankets, and performing preventative maintenance as needed. Will check overall quality of the printed pieces. Will need to continually communicate with the press operator on the performance of the current job. Will keep the area around the press machines clean of unnecessary items and perform other duties as assigned. Mechanical aptitude helpful. **This position requires standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
